最近在使用开源的UML工具startuml时，感觉确实不错，其功能支持全面，插件丰富，完全可以不用传统的Rose拉来完成UML相关的工作。

说到UML工具，startuml确实是一个不错的选择。它支持丰富的UML符号生成，还可以加载各种插件，满足不同的开发需求。

对于系统分析方面，这本书《系统分析师UML手册》写得很不错。虽然不是很厚，但内容实用，逻辑清晰，非常适合刚入行的系统分析师阅读。

如果你对UML感兴趣，不妨试试startuml，它的操作简单，生成效果也不错。配合这本手册一起学习，应该能让你对UML有更深入的理解。
